BARBARA ANN DAVIS BLACK was born on February 10, 1938 to Leon Simpson and Ima Pauline Davis. Barbara passed away January 3, 2017.

Barbara Ann grew up with her sister Carolyn Lee and 17 years later a baby sister, Cherylea Pamela was born into their family. Barbara's infant brother Noel Dean passed away at birth.

Barbara graduated from Colton High School, and married her High School Sweetheart, Blair Black. Barbara and Blair had three children, Robby Dean Black, Anthony John Black, and Bonnie Lynn Black.

Barbara worked as a secretary in Law Offices in San Bernardino, California, and for most of their marriage, Barbara and Blair worked together running The Realty Institute, teaching Real Estate Courses.

Barbara enjoyed many things in her life, sewing, scrap booking, gardening, decorating each and every home her family lived in, to make it warm an inviting, she had a great ability to decorate beautifully. Most of all Barbara enjoyed her family, her husband, children and her grandchildren. She did much in her life giving of herself, her time and money to help her children and grandchildren and to show them how much she loved them. Being with her family was always the most important thing in her life.

Barbara was preceded in death by her Father Leon Simpson Davis, Mother Ima Pauline Davis, Sister Carolyn Lee Davis, Brother Noel Dean Davis, and her Son Robby Dean Black.

She leaves behind her Son Anthony John Black, Daughter, Bonnie Lynn Schackley, and her many grandchildren she cherished.

Private family services were held by Barbara's own request. Barbara left this earthly life, sharing with others that she did not want then to mourn, but to live life, to plant seeds in their own garden of life. By her request, everyone in attendance was given a packet of Rosemary Seeds in Rememberance of her request.

She will be greatly missed by many.
