Died 8:45 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, 1992, at Seventh Ward General Hospital. She was 89, a native and resident of Hammond. Visiting at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, 6 to 10 p.m. Sunday, with vigil services at 7 p.m. Sunday, and 8 to 9:45 a.m. Monday. Religious services at Holy Ghost Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Monday. Burial in Colonial Cemetery, Independence. Survived by five daughters, Sarah Barovechio, Metairie, Rosalie Taylor, Baton Rouge, Jennie Gaumond and Josie Burris, both of Hammond, and Lauretta Guillot, Independence; five sons, Charlie Alack and Louis Alack, both of Norco, Joe, Nat and Russell Alack Jr., all of Hammond; three sons, Mary Bonfiglio, Independence, Rose Zito, Kenner, and Nickey Monaco, Chicago, Ill.; 27 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, Russell Alack; a grandson, Dennis Alack; parents, Ignazio and Rosalie Perise Anzalone; two brothers; and three sisters.
