Meghan Alicia Eshelman, 26, of Cascade, MD, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2015.

Born May 24, 1989, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of Alicia Eshelman of Cascade, MD, and Ronnie N. Eshelman of Shippensburg, PA.

First and foremost, Meghan was a mother and enjoyed spending time with her family. She also loved preparing meals. Meghan was a very compassionate person and always willing to help others. For those that knew her, she was just as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside.

In addition to her parents, Meghan is survived by her fiance, Nathan Wetzel of Cascade; one son, Maddix Lee; stepmother, Pam Eshelman of Shippensburg, PA; two brothers, Patrick Eshelman and wife, Adryane, of Blue Ridge Summit, PA, and Alex Snowberger of Cascade, maternal grandfather, Rusty Baker; maternal grandmother, Brenda Baker; and maternal step-grandmother, Joan Baker, all of Hagerstown; paternal grandparents, Ronald and Carol Eshelman of Hagerstown; three aunts, Shirley Baker, Tammy Anderson and Terri Eshelman; two uncles, Rusty Baker II and Brent Baker; and one nephew, Ayden Eshelman.

A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, 2015, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD 21740. There will be no viewing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help defray funeral expense. Mail donations to Minnich Funeral Home, Attention: Meghan A. Eshelman.
