He was a loving; son, father, brother, uncle, and cousin who will be missed by all who knew him.
Alejandro leaves behind to cherish his memories to his mother, Oralia (Robert) Zepeda; daughters, Clarrisa Barrera, and Katlyn Barrera; brothers, Mike Gil, Johnny (Amanda) Alvarez; Carlos Barrera Jr.; sisters, Christine Barrera, Grace Barrera, Annette Barrera, Anna Barrera, Dee Dee Barrera; niece, Angelina Alvarez; nephew, Johnny Alvarez III, and father who raised him like his son, Johnny (Sylvia) Alvarez; and numerous aunts, uncles.
The family will be receiving friends at Trevino Funeral Home 3006 Niagara at Port, on Thursday, May 21, 2009 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm; with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm that same evening. A chapel service will be held at Trevino Funeral Home on Friday, May 22, 2009 at 10:00 am; with cremation to follow.
