Memorial services will held Thursday at Moore Funeral Home chapel for William N. Black, 53, of Hattiesburg, who died Tuesday at Forrest General Hospital. A native of Meridian, Mr. Black was a retired vice president of Fletcher Insurance Inc. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Patricia Black; two daughters, Miss Misty Black of Oxen Hill, Md., and Miss Rebecca Black of Hattiesburg; two sons, Russell Black of Birmingham, Ala., and Billy Marter of Fairfax, Va.; his mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Black of Petal; his father, Verrell Black of Hattiesburg; and a stepbrother, Johnny Adamo of Hattiesburg. Memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
