August Morton Glassman, 65, 712 1/2 E. 10th, died at 4:12 AM today at his home following a long illiness.
Funeral services will be at 3:30 PM, Saterday, in the Marvin Hass funeral home with Rev. Stanley D. Schneider officating. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday afternoon, evening and Saterday until the hour of the service.
Mr. Glassman was born March 28, 1884, in Coolspring Twp. and spent his entire life in this community. He was the son of Matais and Caroline (Zimmer) Glassman. On Feb. 23, 1907, in this city, he married Clara Schmidt, who servives. Also serviving are two sons: Raymond and Howard Glassman and two grandsons, all of this city.
The deceased was a member of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran church.
