Earl Luther Jellum was born November 12, 1912 and grew to manhood in Blooming Grove. He was an intelligent and likeable young man and numbered his friends by his acquaintances. He was taken ill Thursday and Friday he was taken to the hospital but his condition was critical. Members of the family were at his bedside constantly but he regained consciousness only for a short time. Besides his bereaved parents the following brothers and sisters survive: Mrs. Frank Yerhot and Herman Jellum of Deerfield, Mrs. Walter Marquardt, of this city, and Otto and Mary Jellum at home with their parents.
