Roger was one of my first Friends when I immigrated into the US in 1984 , he was like the Brother I never had and we were very good Friends , he became sick in 2005 with Bladder Cancer , after Chemo and Radiation he was ok and even went back to managing his Car Repair Garage , after a year he got sick again and this time the cancer was in his back and spread through his whole body . His Sister came and took care of him , I helped as much as I could and between the 2 of us made his dying a little better . He died the day after his 54th Birthday , at home like he wanted with his little Dog Nike on the Bed , I miss you Roger especially your awesome sense of humor , you could always make me laugh and were always so positive about everything and you were always there for me and for all of your Friends , you had to go way to early and and I miss you so very much , .......... gone but never forgotten ,
RIP Roger until Heaven .
Do not stand at my grave and weep...
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gently autumn rain
When you awake in the morning's hush.
I am the swift up flinging rush
Of quiet birds in circling flight.
I am the soft star-shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry...
I am not there. I did not die.
