Mr. Band was a member of the Latonia Masonic Lodge #746 F & AM and a former member of the Ft. Mitchell Civic Club. At the age of 82, he received his GED. Mr. Band enjoyed golfing, fishing, and horse racing.
Survivors include daughters, Cynthia (Jim) Bilotti of Lake Spivey, Georgia andChristy Brown of Villa Hills, Kentucky; sister, Sophie Nagy of Detroit, Michigan; grandchildren, Cara Brown of Villa Hills, Kentucky, Jason Bilotti of Mableton, Georgia, and Chad Bilotti of Newnan, Georgia; and great-grandchildren,Hunter Bilotti of Mableton, Georgia, Paulina Bilotti of Mableton, Georgia, and Jackson Bilotti of Newnan, Georgia.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Watson Band; grandson, Kenneth Brown; and parents, Joseph and Kathryn Misilo Band.
