The Family purchased the site on which the old Bethel Baptist Church sits as the church closed approx.1990.
This was done to maintain the family ownership, and respect of the hardships the Parents and Family members endured during the early struggle of Jasper Co MS.
William Claude Price1836 and son William Alexander Price Mem23598713,helped build the church and helped organize the church with the help of the Community.
The land for the church,when it was moved,was donated by William Alexander Price and Wife Cynthia Eugenia Lewis-Price(1856-1921.
