Mrs. Ruth Hildebrand Smith , age 93, passed away Monday, October 31, 2011. Graveside services were held at 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 2, 2011 in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Father Michael Kavenaugh officiated. Family received friends at Crest Lawn Funeral Home in Macon. She had lived in Macon since 1956 and attended Holy Spirit catholic Church.She is survived by her daughter, Juliette Burns (Derry) of macon, three grandchildren, Derry Burns III (Mary Hope)of Dallas, Texas, Allison Gummer (Steve) of Marietta, and Mathew Burns of Athens.
