George served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He worked for several years at Roberts Chemicals in Nitro.

George Wesley Coon 23 and Alice Nata DeWeese 16, were married on March 18, 1955.
Nada and Joe had three sons, George "Joey" Jr., Arnold Lee, and Danny Bob

Uncle Joe died during the night in his bed at his home, in Nitro.

To the far left as you drive in the cemetery. Follow the first walk way on the left ,all the way to the end and around the statue. Then about 20 feet on the right.
