Lois Mae Bailey Allen , the daughter of Luke L. and Willie H. Bailey was born December 15 , 1916 in Mississippi . Most of her life she was a busy , active woman who was involved in work and many activities including being a homemaker and mother . In later years she met and married her second husband Clyde W. Allen and for many years continued to be active . She died Nov. 21 , 2002 survived by her husband Clyde W. Allen to whom she had been married 48 years , daughter Margaret Lowery and sons Samuel " Buddie" Pannell , Joe Pannell , and Pete Pannell , sisters Fairy Dowdy and Mary Treadaway , brothers Videll and Bill Bailey , 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren .
