Arden Byron Anderson passed away September 21, 2006, at the age of 70. He was born to Byron Anderson and Dorothy Haney on October 22, 1935 in Logan, Utah.
Educated mainly in the Ogden area, Arden entered the U.S. Navy serving from 1954 to 1959 at Norman, Oklahoma, Ford Island Hawaii, and Alameda, California, respectively.
Arden married Gloria H. Oliver in 1961. His government service continued as a civilian employee with the IRS in 1960 and later at Hill AFB where he worked in Central Receiving in the Supply Directorate, retiring in 1988.
Arden enjoyed fishing, golfing, sports, and jazz music, but his greatest love was reserved for his family, for their welfare and he will always be remembered as wanting the best for them. He was a member of the Sun Hills Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria, and two children, Sherri (Wayne) and Greg; by his grandchildren, Nathan, Zack, Adam and by a great-granddaughter, Hannah. He was preceded in death by his son, Shane Arden Anderson, and by his father.
