Ronald K. Bowman
Mr. Ronald K. Bowman, age 74, of Mt. Vernon died at his home Monday, November 21, 2011.

Mr. Bowman was born in Atlanta, GA and was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest Odell Bowman and Lillian Bartlett Webb Bowman

He served in the US Army for 24 ½ years where he served in special forces and was a veteran of both the Korean and Viet Nam wars. He was a member of the Mt. Vernon VFW and a 32 degree mason. He was also a member of the Episcopal Church of the Annunciation, Vidalia.

Survivors include his wife, Ann C. Fazio Bowman; five sons, Ernest Bowman, Lake Placid, FL, James Bowman, Jacksonville, FL; Larry Miller and Jason Frazio, Lady Lake, FL, and Richard Mann, Vidalia; 2 daughters, Lisa Bozeman, Tifton, Karen Hidalgo, Mt.Vernon; 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

The family will have a memorial services for Mr. Bowman at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 26, at Episcopal Church of the Annunciation, Vidalia.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Episcopal Church of the Annunciation, P.O. Box 1311, Vidalia, GA 30475.
