GEORGE LACEY DUBOSE, 73, of High Springs died Tuesday at his home. A native of Worthington Springs, he moved to Columbia County 58 years ago. He was a retired farmer and a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Fort White. He is survived by his wife Marie; two daughters Yvonne Whitt of Spring Hill, Va., and Barbara Clancy of Jacksonville; a son, Kenneth of Gainesville; two sisters, Nina Mae Folsom of Parkton, N.C., and Joyce Travis of Texarkana, Texas; a brother, Colin of Homosassa; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Evans Funeral Home.
