George Edward Delp -- 82, of Bristol, Tenessee passed away on April 1, 2014.
He was born in Tn., on October 25, 1932 to the late Manuel and Addie Tolbert Delp. In addition to his parents he was preceeded in death by two sisters; Helen Delp Williams and Alma Virginia Delp Dixon, two brothers; Robert Lee Delp and Kyle Eugene Delp, and the mother of his children Peggy J. Andis.
Survivors include his children; Mike Eugene Delp, Gary Wayne Delp, Vivian Delp Chapman. One brother; Lester Charles Delp. Grandchildren; Mackie Chapman, Shannon Chapman, Elizabeth Smith, Leslie Dixon, Joshua Martin, Michael Delp, Joshua Delp, Jennifer Delp and Ashley Delp; and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
There will be no service help for George Delp.
Burial will be held at East Tennessee Cemetery, 2630 Highway 75, Blountville, Tn. 37617, across from Tri-Cities Regional Airport.Prior name of cemetery was known as Tri-Cities Memory Garden.
