Theodore AuBuchon
Theodore F. "Pete" AuBuchon, 82, of Poplar Bluff died Thursday, Feb. 22, 2001, at Three Rivers Healthcare-South Campus.
Mr. AuBuchon was born Dec. 1, 1918, in Chaffee and was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He had retired from J.C. Penney Co. Inc. where he worked in the maintenance department, was an Army Air Force veteran of World War II. During the Korean War he served as a flight instructor at the Malden Air Base. He enjoyed reading, model airplanes and corresponding with people.
Survivors include one brother, George F. AuBuchon of Athens, Ala.; and one sister, Anna Davi of Poplar Bluff; and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be at noon Saturday, March 3, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Mike McDevitt officiating. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. Cotrell Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
