Martha married Amos the third of four children born to James and Sarah Bryant (of Reading, Middlesex, Mass.), at Marblehead, Essex, Mass. They had six children together, they are:

Palmer Bishop
Hepzibah
Harriet
Eleanor
Clarissa

Her husband Amos was a Revolutionary War veteran (including The Battle of Bunker Hill). Original family records indicate that Amos and Martha Bryant were buried at the "Old Town Commons" in Nelson, Cheshire, New Hampshire.
