James Dale Hartness married Elizabeth Chambers on 21 Nov 1837 in Alabama. Their children were William Atialous (1837-1911), James C.(1840-1863), John S.(1845-1861), Robert Hugh (1846-1908) and Sarah E (1849-1915).

James later married Elizabeth's sister Mary Ann Chambers when Elizabeth died 21 Oct 1850. They married 21 Jan 1851 in Oktibbeha County, Mississippi. Their children were George Dale (1852-1930), Francis Cornelia (1855-1948), Milton Fox (1857-1936), Davis Donathan (1861-1931), Mary J. (1864-1865) and Lydia Eugonia (1866-1941).

Not 100% sure James is buried at this cemetery. A lot of his family is. Still trying to locate documentation. If anyone has any info, please let me know.
