Joyce Binge, age 54, a resident of Mount Clemens, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2006 at Karmanos Hospital, Detroit. She was born on October 22, 1951 in Detroit, MI. On April 29, 1995 in the City of St. Clair Shores, she was united in marriage to Daryl Joseph Binge. Together they have shared 11 years of marriage.
Mrs. Binge worked as a waitress at Friendlys Restaurant (12 / Harper Ave.) for over ten years and most recently at Cracker Barrel Restaurant (13 / Little Mack) for the past four years. She attended Community of Hope Lutheran Church, Macomb. She enjoyed bowling, gardening, spending time with her grand-children, touring the Woodward Dream Cruise and other car shows, and camping. She was known for her warm and friendly smile.
She is survived by her husband Daryl Joseph Binge, children; David Roberts Jr. of Harrison Twp., Brian Roberts of Eastpointe, Jennifer Roberts of Harrison Twp., two step-sons; Tom Binge of Macomb and Joel Binge of Yale, parents; Harry and Jeannine (nee Barrett) Kriebel of Macomb Twp., maternal grandmother Beulah Sirls of Kentucky, six grandchildren; Kayla, Taylor, Haley, Alena, Delanie, Noah, and six siblings; Burt Kriebel of Ionia, MI, Robert (Leann) Kriebel of Washington State, Eric (Kim) Kriebel and Renee (Joe) Berak both of Macomb Twp., Christine (Mike) Blashill and Fred (Kari) Kriebel both of Roseville. She was preceded in death by an infant brother Bruce Kriebel.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 8, 2006 at 10:00a.m. in the Harold W. Vick Funeral Home, 140 South Main Street, Mount Clemens with the Rev. D. Andrew Fetters, pastor of Community of Hope Lutheran Church officiating. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00p.m. until 8:00p.m. Burial will be in St. Peter Catholic Cemetery, Clinton Township.
