Randy was born in Miami, FL on October 2, 1949. He served in the Army from 1968 to 1970 where he was stationed in Seoul, Korea. After returning home, Randy attended Lancaster Bible College in Lancaster, PA and Florida International University in Miami, Fl where he earned his Bachelor's Degree. For nearly 25 years Randy was self employed as the State Farm Insurance Agent in Bath, NY.
His father, Eugene Burke, predeceased him in death.
A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on April 18th at Carpenters Funeral Home in Corning.
