Lois' Steele lineage is: Charles Edward, Moses, George, George, Philip and Palatinate immigrant George. She and "Pete" were married in South Bend, IN on April 20, 1930.

She and Pete had the following children all born in Mishawaka, IN:
Alice Jackalin, b. April 10. 1931
Charles William, b. August 10, 1932
Norman Keith, b. May 12, 1936

She worked for many years at Robertson's Department Store in downtown South Bend, IN.

She and her husband, "Pete", loved playing cards and traveling with her brother Paul and his wife Pauline. The four of them enjoyed riding motorcycles and went on a number of road trips.

Aunt Lois I have so many memories of you at my grandma and grandpas house at the lake. I remember when you got sick and went into the hospital. Your funeral was the first one I ever went to. RIP.
