PATRICIA JEAN ("Patsy") FRASER was born on February 7, 1937 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Milwaukee, WI to Donald Burroughs Fraser and his wife, the former Marion Brotherhood.

Patsy was a beautiful and bright little girl. She learned to talk at an early age and could even say some lines from nursery rhymes. She had large, dark eyes and a sweet disposition.

Patsy became ill at about age one and seemed to have balance problems. She then developed headaches. She was diagnosed with a probable brain tumor. She had surgery that determined that she did indeed have a brain tumor that was inoperable. About ten days after surgery, she passed away. She was just nine days short of her second birthday.

Patsy was survived by her parents. Her only sibling, a sister, was born seven years after her death.
