Millard was a twin . . . with brother Marion. A second brother was Marvin, 2 years younger than Millard & Marion. Violet & Clancy were siblings from his father's second marriage to Mabel Gladys Kyger.
Millard married Opal Avis Williams (the daughter of Robert Pearl Williams and Delpha Arminda "Minnie" Woodard Williams) on March 22, 1931. To this union were born 3 children: 2 sons (1 boy died as an infant, the second boy died at age 2 years) and a daughter, Frances.
