FRANKFORT
Services for Alma S. Brooks, 80, of
134 Singleton Drive, Frankfort, will
be 2:00 P.M. Thursday at
LeCompte-Johnson-Taylor Funeral
Home with Rev. Tom Troth
officiating. Burial will be at Sunset
Memorial Gardens. She died
Monday, January 1, 2001, at the
Frankfort Regional Medical Center.
A native of Shelby County, she was
the daughter of the late John W. &
Pearlie Mae Rodgers Sheets and the
widow of Bruce A. Brooks. She was
a homemaker & member of the
Beechridge Baptist Church. She is
survived by 2 sisters, Mae S.
Rogers, Franklin County, & Myrtle
Tindall of Bagdad; 4 brothers;
Quincy & Judson Sheets, both of
Franklin County, Raymond Sheets,
of Shelby County & Charles Sheets,
of Bagdad; 7 neices & 8 nephews.
She was preceded in death by 3
brothers, Morris, Shelby & Earl
"Pete" Sheets. Bearers will be James
C. Rogers, Danny, Steve & Eddie
Sheets, Danny Prather, & Foster
Hunter. Honarary bearers are Jeff
Caudle, Walter Scottow, Bill &
Vivian Dawkins, Phyllis Kindall,
Debra Creed, all neices, nephews, &
great neices & nephews. Friends
will be recieved from 4 to 8 P.M.
