Olivia L. Abrams, 93, of Myrtle Beach, died Sunday, April 17, 2016 at Brightwater, Myrtle Beach.
Born in Marion County, Mrs. Abrams was the daughter of the late Walter H. and Bessie Larrimore. She was a Charter and Life Long Member of Midway Missionary Baptist Church. Known as a caring and loving woman, Mrs. Abrams especially loved her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, church family and freinds. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, Delmus Eugene Abrams; children, Deleon Abrams, Rhoda Martin, Victoria Dozier; great grandson, Johnathan Browning, 2 sisters, Freida and Marilyn and 2 brothers, Lavoye and Delmus.
Survivors include a sister, Alpha Omega Schultz, Pawleys Island; daughter, Eugenia A. (Anthony) Poythress, NC; sons, Walter J. Abrams, MB; Steve (Gail) Abrams, MB; foster sons, Michael Rice, MB; Lee Rice, MB; 20 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren.
The family would like to express a special thank you to the staff at Brightwater for the love and care given to Mrs. Abrams.
A funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, April 21, 2016 at First Baptist Church Myrtle Beach with interment following in Hillcrest Cemetery.
The family will receive friends 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Beach Chapel.
