Bertha K. "Bert" Adams, 61, of Bradford, Pa., formerly of Helena, died Dec. 19, 2000. She was born May 30, 1939, in Perma, Mont., to Ole and Myrtle Nadine Cusker Olson.
She attended schools in Perma and has resided in Bradford since Sept. 1997. She was formerly employed as a nurse's aide in Montana. She also worked as a file clerk for the Veterans Administration in Fort Harrison.
Her husband, George F. Adams, preceded her in death. Survivors include son, Kit Adams of Bradford; one grandchild; two great grandchildren; several brothers and sisters.
A memorial service will be at a later date and announced by the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc. Burial will be in Montana. Memorials may be made to the McKean County unit of the American Cancer Society or to the Friendship Table in Bradford, PA 16701.
