Obit: "Wilbur McFarland, 1731 Cooper Ave., received word Saturday of the death of his mother, Mrs. Susie McFarland, in Cumberland, MD.
"Mrs. McFarland was a frequent visitor in the Pikes Peak Region. She is survived by four sons, Wilbur McFarland, Colorado Springs; Kenneth McFarland, Cleveland, Ohio; Lor[en McFarland, LaVale] MD, and John W. McFarland, Chicago, IL; two daughters, Mrs. Esther Rick, Washington, D.C., and Mrs. Catherine Zapf, Oldtown, MD, and nine grandchildren.
"Funeral services will be held in Cumberland, MD, at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Oldtown, MD."
