William Edward Brugman, 84, of Del Mar died Oct. 1. He was born in Seattle and was a lawyer. He served in the Navy during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Marion Brugman; daughters, Elizabeth Horn of Saratoga and Kathleen Klink of Rancho Santa Fe; sons, Barry Brugman of Kirkland, Wash, and Richard Brugman of El Segundo; and five grandchildren.
