Gerald Lee Pinson, 78, of Barboursville, WV, passed away July 9, 2015. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, July 13, 2015, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Rev. Gordon Rutherford. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. He was born June 2, 1937, in East Lynn, WV, a son of the late Thomas Woodrow Pinson and Marjorie Stephens Pinson. He retired from Inco and was a veteran of the United States Navy having served during the Korean war. He also served in the West Virginia Air National Guard during the Vietnam War. He is survived by two daughters, Kendal Gail Glenn of Florida and Melissa Gail Mount of Barboursville; two sons, Jerry Pinson of Huntington and Tommy Pinson of Scott Depot; their mother, Phyllis Pinson; three sisters, Mary Jane Reynolds of Wayne, DeAnna Sydenstricker of TN; and Doris Murray of KY; seven grandchildren, Sylvia, Joshua, Sarah, Samantha Gail, Zachary, Heidi, and Morgan; eight great grandchildren, Joseph, Jonathan, Layne, Waylon, Isabelle, Wyatt, Dakota and Mila. Visitation will be from one hour prior to the service at the funeral home
