Jean Hodges, age 72 died at home of natural causes March 4, 1998 in Kearns, Utah.

Born to Clifford and Illa Thompson Rankin on March 31, 1925 in Port Huron, Michigan. Married William G. Hodges, Sr., August 30, 1958 in Huntington Park, California. She was loved by many. She made many friends and they were for life. We would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and medical staff at St. Marks Hospital, family health care, for all their great support.Survived by her husband, Bill; one son, Brent (Ronda) Hodges; eight stepchildren, Sue Pellegrino; Jim (Betty) Hodges; Peggy (Bob) Jorgensen; Bill (Mariellen) Hodges; Edward (Sandra) Hodges; Betty Lou (Roy) Howard; Don Hodges; and Bonnie (Russ) Howard; two grandchildren and 21 step-grandchildren; 35 step-great-grandchildren; one brother, Jim Rankin; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents; one brother, Don; and one son, Gerald.

Memorial services wll be held in her honor Monday, March 9, 1998 at 11 a.m. in the Kearns 4th Ward Chapel at 4660 West 5015 South in Kearns. Family requests no flowers. Funeral Directors, I.P.S. Crematory.
