1. She was known as Louise most of her life. She was said to be an excellent mother and wife by all 4 of her daughters, even though she had to work most of her life. Attatched is an obituary.

2. From a letter dated 5 Oct 1971 Reverand Albert L Paquette of the Rectory of Saint Louis,Crusader Circle St Louis church in West Haven, CT (formerly New Haven). Birth record gives name of Laura Rose Hillman, born 100 Loyd St., New Haven,,CN., 30 Nov1902, female, daughter of Alexander HILLMAN,same residence, born Canada,age 27 white, laborer, (mother) - Laura St. HILAIRE, age 28, white, mother to 2 children,1 living Mrs Richard (June) Keilig which listed that there were no records for the Hillman family prior to 1902. Other siblings listed: Blanche Aurore Marie Anne 5 Sep 1904; Marie Louise -14 May 1906, Joseph Alexander -13 March 1907; Margarita A - 15 Nov 1909 & Ermina A -1 Nov 1909; Alexander - 27 April 1911. ( I think there may have been twins with the 4 names listed as Blanche. )
