Hester "Vickie" Beall, age 83, of Laurel, MD died at her home on Friday, May 27, 2011. Born June 20, 1927 in Catonsville, MD she was the daughter of the late Daisy (Holmes) and David Reuben Knisley. She is survived by her former husband Richard "Dick" V. Beall, daughter Brenda S. Stone and her partner Clare Mulvenna, son Richard D. Beall and his wife Cathy. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
She was the past co-owner of The Cork and Bottle, Beall Trucking, and Boyd Tank Lines. She loved gardening and yard work and enjoyed bingo and local travels with her best friend Bettie Beall.

Relatives and friends may call at Donaldson Funeral Home, P.A., 313 Talbott Ave., Laurel, MD on Wednesday, June 1, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where a funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment Union Cemetery, Burtonsville, MD.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, Gift Processing Administrator, 18251 Quantico Gateway Drive, Triangle, VA 22172.
