Willis Doyle Bison, 72, of Shreveport, LA, passed away on April 12, 2007 in Shreveport, LA. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2007 at 11:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Zwolle, LA, with Father Tim Hurd and Father Mark Franklin officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 13, 2007 beginning at 11:00 am at Warren Meadows Funeral Home in Zwolle, LA.
Mr. Bison passed away after a lengthy illness. He resided and worked in Shreveport until he became ill and confined to Rose View Nursing Home for the past 16 years.
Mr. Bison is preceded in death by his parents, Will & Dorothy Bison; wife, Estelle Harvey Bison; brother, Willie Earl Bison; and sister, Dorothy Delores Jackson.
He is survived by two brothers, two sisters, one half brother, three half sisters and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
