Mrs. May Ethel Counts, 78, of Wesley, died Saturday in a local hospital. Born Dec. 6, 1889 at Wesley, the daughter of Tom and Lucy Neely Johnson, she was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors are the husband, Clyde Counts of the home; one son Quentin of Wesley; two daughters, Miss Rose Counts of the home and Mrs. Gene Price of Fayetteville; two brothers Everett Johnson of Huntsville and Stanton Johnson of Tahlequah, Okla., one sister, Mrs. Tommy Stevenson of Broken Arrow, Okla. And seven grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Wesley Church of Christ with burial in the Wesley Cemetery under direction of Moore’s Chapel.
