Clustie was united in marriage to Leland Ashburn on August 3, 1927 in Leon, Iowa. Clustie was a farm wife and mother. In 1949, they moved to Diagonal and farmed until moving into Diagonal in 1973. Leland passed away in April 1974. Clustie continued to live in Diagonal until moving to Indianola in June 2009. Clustie was a resident of Good Samaritan Center in Indianola.
