Glendale - Services for Curtis R. Shoptaw, 62, who died Wednesday in a Phoenix hospital, will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in Lundberg Chapel of Chimes, 5825 W. Glenn Drive. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery. Mr. Shoptaw, 5307 W. Myrtle, had been a drilling contractor until he became ill five years ago. Born in Sheridan, Ark., he came to Glendale 25 years ago from Las Cruces, N.M., and was a member of the Southern Baptist Church here. Survivors include his wife, Ola; two sons, Joe Bob and Edward Lee of Glendale: two brothers out of state and four grandchildren.
