Earnest C. Arzberger, 82, of West View died Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2004. He was born Sept. 16, 1921, in Pittsburgh to the late William L. and Eleanor Convery Arzberger and also was predeceased by his beloved wife, Mary Miller Arzberger, and their son, William H. Arzberger. Ernie was a meat cutter for more than 37 years for Kroger's Foods and a longtime member of Riverview United Presbyterian Church, North Side. Surviving are his daughter, Luella A. Waldschmidt; brother, William Arzberger; five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Friends will be received from 1 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the SIMONS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 7720 Perry Highway, Ross.
