Served as the Director of Marketing , Treasurer & was the President of Sales for the Ballard & Ballard CO. which was in operation from 1884 until the year of 1951. He was appointed as VP in the year of 1918 and held the position for over 35 years.
Gustave Breaux was a member of the Virginia Glee Club , The Washington Society & the Eli Banana. He had also served as editor & chief for the University of Virginia Magazine , the University in which he had graduated from with top honors.
Gustave served as the president of the Louisville Symphony for 3 years and was appointed an honorary director.
Gustave also served as the president for the Kentucky Conference of Social Work in Louisville. He spent the final years of his life writing , documenting , and publishing works concerning : The Daughters of the American Revolution , The Society of Colonial Wars & The First Unitarian Church.
Gustave was also a major religious advocate and correspondent of civic , cultural & religious organizations.
