Mary Lewis Cramer, a long time resident of Whittier passed away Nov. 11, 2010. Mary was born Nov. 5, 1920 in Camus, Washington. Following the early death of her parents she moved to Lomita, California and attended Narbonne High School. She met and married her high school sweetheart and spent the next two decades raising three children. Mary Moved with her family to Whittier in 1951.
She was a creative homemaker and very active in PTA during her children's school years. She then worked as a secretary at GE/Sylvania for 15 years to help put her children through college. After retirement she and Neil traveled the world. A sense of adventure and their passion for wildlife conservation took them to South America, Asia, Africa, Europe, and all of North America. Her life will be celebrated at Rainbow Chapel, Rose Hills, Whittier at 1:00 pm, Tues, Nov. 16th.
