New Albany, Anderson, Harry G. SR, 91, passed Thursday, July 7, 2005, at Westminster Health Care in Clarksville, IN. The Son on the late Harry & Flossie (Burg) Anderson, Harry was born August 16, 1913, in Harrison County, IN. He was a longtime resident of New Albany and was retired from Transit Oil Company. He was preceded in death by his wife, Naomi (Holtz) Anderson. Harry is survived by his sons, Harry Jr., Wayne, Theron, Dennis, Gary and David Anderson; daughters, Deanna Schickle, Linda Stinson, Merlin Dunn and Susie Jenkins; a sister, Thelma Baker; 34, grandchildren; 60 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. His funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 9, 2005, in the chapel of Generations Funeral Home, 3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, with entombment in New Albany. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2005, at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care of Southern Indiana.
