Funeral services were held Wednesday, October 6, at 10 a.m. in Swift Funeral Home Chapel, for A. J. Baber. Mr. Baber died October 4, in Dublin, Miss., where he had been living for the past ten years with his daughter, Mrs. Dan Battle.
Mr. Baber was for years a resident of Osceola engaged in farming. He leaves his wife; one daughter, Mrs. Dan Battle and granddaughter, Lois Mae Battle, of Dublin, Miss.
Rev. R. C. Morehead was in charge of the services. Interment was held in Violet Cemetery.
