Carol Ann Arber

Carol Arber of Hartsville went to her heavenly home Monday, Nov. 10, 2014. She was 73.

Carol was the beloved wife of David J. Arber.

She was preceded in death by parents, Frank Wells and Emma Eberwein Wells.

In addition to her husband, Carol is survived by son, David, and two daughters, Sharon Meeker (Jeffrey) and Nancy Yerkes (Greg). Carol will be missed by four loving grandchildren, Julia and Danielle Meeker and Nicholas and Benjamin Yerkes.

Family was Carol's delight. She treasured her time spent together with family at her Wildwood summer home; especially watching her grandchildren enjoy the bay, swimming, and boating.

Carol was an active member of Neshaminy-Warwick Presbyterian Church, having been a past deacon, and always participating in Bible studies and women's groups.

She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, an avid reader, and enjoyed Sudoku. Traveling with Dave and friends was something Carol loved. She has created a large library of photos and mementos from around the world. Carol was creative and generous, and will be missed dearly.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, at Neshaminy-Warwick Presbyterian Church, 1401 Meeting House Road, Hartsville, Pa., where family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until the service begins. Interment in the church cemetery will be held privately.
