He was a World War II Veteran, serving in the Army Air Corp. He was employed for several years up to his death as a machinist at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, NH.
He died unexpectantly at Veterans Hospital in Manchester, NH on 12/19/1953 at the age of 37 of bacterial endocarditis of the aortic valve.
He was married twice and had 5 children:
1st wife - Cyrilla Mary (Mann) Guillette Lee - 2 sons are Edgar & Donald
2nd wife - Barbara (Alden) Guillette. 3 daughters are Audrey, Brenda and Cynthia.
Edgar has 5 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren from his 2 sons and 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren from his 3 daughters.
His burial location can be found by going up the main road from the main entrance on South Street all the way to the end of the main road. Then take a right and stop in front of the left corner monument for Paul Craig. He is buried 2-3 rows behind Paul Craig, going up towards the woods, he is in between the monuments for Wall-Docker on the left and the Clark Monument on the right. The monuments for Trefray & Spinney are in the row before his monument.
