Elizabeth Pulver was the daughter of James and Mary J. Pulver of the town of Butler, Wayne County, NY. About 1876, Elizabeth married Seth Conklin, also of Butler, where they made their home and had two children, William, born 1879 and Anna E., born 2 October 1881. Before 1900, Seth, Elizabeth and children relocated to Manhattan, where in 1910, Elizabeth was widowed and proprietor of a grocery store.

Elizabeth Pulver Conklin died in 1939. Her final resting place is in the Conklin family plot at Spring Lake Cemetery.
