Carolyn Lee Blackwell, age 63, of Fountain Inn, SC, passed away on Monday, 3/25/2013 at Clinton, SC. She was born on 11/7/1949 in SC to her parents, Mr. Otis Clayton and Mrs. Dorothy Clayton.

She married William Elbert Blackwell, Sr. they had one child, William Elbert Blackwell, Jr. of Fountain Inn. She was a long time resident of Fountain Inn. She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening and geology.

Carolyn will be remembered by her loving son, daughter in law, and grandson. She was predeceased in death by her husband William Elbert Blackwell, Sr.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation for Carolyn at Cannon Funeral Home in Fountain Inn on Thursday, March 28th from 6-8pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 29th in the chapel at Cannon Funeral Home at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow immediately after the service in Cannon Memorial Park.
