Jarrid L. Amico, a lifetime resident of Rye, NY, died tragically on April 18th 2006 at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. He was 10 years old.

Jarrid Amico was born May 28, 1995 in White Plains, NY to James W. and Maggie Rivera Amico. He lived in Rye for the past ten years where he was a student at Midland Elementary School, and a parishioner of Church of The Resurrection. Jarrid will be remembered for his love of life, family, friends and a smile that lit up the room. He loved football, Porsches, animals, wrestling, video games, and Deal or No Deal. Above all he loved riding his bicycle and his favorite team the New York Yankees.

Jarrid is survived by his parents James and Maggie Amico, of Rye, NY. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents; Eddie and Kitty Rivera, of Pelham, NY, his paternal grandparents; Thomas and Joann Amico, of Rye, NY, his brothers James Jr. and Nicholas, and his sister Allye, of Rye, NY. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous friends.

Family will receive friends at the Graham Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM on Thursday, April 20th and Friday, April 21st. Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday, April 22nd, 10 AM, Church of the Resurrection, 910 Boston Post Rd., Rye, NY. Internment will follow at Greenwood Union Cemetery, North St., Rye.
