Miss Adams served the Fort Worth Independent School District as an elementary and junior high school art teacher where she taught at Brookland Heights, South Hills and J.P. Moore, to name a few. Norma always enjoyed swimming, playing tennis, softball and golf.
After retiring in 1984 she then moved to a country home northwest of Mineral Wells where she lovingly cared for her mother until the day she passed away. She enjoyed the country life, including caring for a small herd of Beefmaster cattle. She loved to work in the yard and was always ready to fish in the tank on her property.
