Helen was the daughter of Blanche (nee Oechsle) and Charles Seibold. Her parents had both died by the time she was six. Her siblings were: Harry, Rose (died at age six), Alfred, Howard and Robert. She went to Carson College for Orphan Girls in Philadelphia, PA. All of Helen's brothers, but Harry (an adult) went to Lutheran Orphan's Home and Asylum in Philadelphia, PA. Helen married Horace Kemp. She had one child, Connie. After Horace passed away she married Doug Hoyle. Helen was a great swimmer an won many swim medals. She also enjoyed golfing. She was a secretary at a candy co. for a while. She also worked at Christiana Hospital and then as a meter maid in Rehoboth for a few years in her 80's! Helen believed children should be seen and not heard. She was very close to her brother, Howard. When she passed away she had one grandson, David. She died at Christiana Hospital in the Lewes, Delaware area.
